Hello Peter, I had the same problem once and in my case turned out to be the ignition switch. If you can hear a click when the key is turned, then the ignition switch is OK and the starter solenoid gets power so problem could be in the starter motor or starter solenoid contacts (or connections). If there's no click when the key is turned then suspect the ignition switch first and start checking for the fault from there to the starter solenoid. Good luck and let us know what happens.
