Temperatures in the Southeast of the UK and especially in London have been quite high the last couple of weeks reaching a very Turinesque high of 33 degrees Celsius for a few days. While logically I should have been using one of the modern cars with air conditioning (and pollen filters!) I decided to use the Gamma as my everyday transport to make sure it was capable of handling the high temperatures. Not only that but while normally I would go to great lengths to avoid traffic jams, I found myself going in search of jams to give the Gamma a more authentic Turin practice run! I am glad to report that the Gamma passed the test without a hint of overheating. Do I feel silly for doing this? Yes, very. Do I feel happy that the Gamma “passed the test”? Yes, EXTREMELY!
