Defenitly sounds like a sludge problem. I got the devil out by using a jerrycan and a long tube from the pump (IE) held by a passenger on the backseat (Be carefull). I had a pleasant drive afterwards, problem gone. Then I replaced the tank to get rid of the sludge fast. Cheers, Ruud
