Update No:- 1 We'll be meeting at Betacar (www.betacar.co.uk) Unit 18, Manywells Industrial Estate, Cullingworth, Bradford, West Yorks, BD13 5DX Telephone 044 (0)1535 275560 for 10 A.M. where Chris will be laying on tea & coffee, plus he'll be making special offers on a selection of parts. From here we'll be driving through the countryside of Yorkshire & Lancashire. The menu arrived this morning and is as follows:-

STARTER

Home made cream of parsnip soup.

Mushrooms & bacon in a white wine sauce served in a puff pastry case.

Chicken liver parfait with onion marmalade & warm toast.

MAIN COURSE

Roast turkey, bacon, chipolatas, sage & onion seasoning & cranberry sauce.

Roast rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding & horseradish sauce.

Pan-fried salmon fillet with mushroom & prawn sauce.

Spicy strudel of vegetables, apricots & stilton.

All served with a selection of potatoes & vegetables.

DESERT

Christmas pudding & rum sauce.

Chocolate cheesecake with cream.

Cheese & biscuits.

Coffee or tea with mince pies.

Children's portions are available, not too sure of a price as yet, plus the normal children's menu is available @ £3.25. If you're coming out with us, The Golden Lion requires your food order a week before we meet up at the latest please.
