The extra lights on my car are part of the Ring Microline series of accessory lights. They are available as Fog lights as well as driving lights (which is what I have fitted). See details at http://www.ringautomotive.co.uk/product_list.asp?cat1=1&cat2=8&cat3=65. They can be found at most accessory shops and Halfords still stock them.
I found that the dashboard switch was already wired on my car and I found a green wire underneath the battery tray. The switch only gets power when the sidelights are on. There was no relay on my car so I fitted one as it came with the lights. I don't know if the wiring was put there by Lancia or by a previous owner.
Fitting the lights on my car wasn't as simple as it looks! The small metal panels which I removed and replaced with the lights were not merely covers as I originally thought. The metal panels have brackets either side to support the indicator/sidelight units and the small plastic grill fitted under the bumper. The metal panels are also the main supports for the front valance. When I removed the metal plates most of the front of the car fell off! I had to make brackets to support the indicator/sidelight units and the front valance and I screwed the plastic grill underneath the bumper. Then I needed brackets to mount the lights to and to allow for adjusting them (which is done by carefully bending the mounting brackets!)
