May I too add my thanks to all those who attended our breaking weekend; Derek, Ian, Geoff, Jack and new member John Seymour. For those of you that were not there, we met on Saturday morning and after coffee we visited 9 'hibernating' Gammas that jack has at a farm in Worsop. Amongst the residents was a rare remaining example of a Turbo charged Gamma. Will any of these cars ever see the road again? I would like to think so. We then made our way to the main storage facility where we erected racking and began to organise the spares. Jack's Gamma lives here and looked immaculate as always. Saturday evening saw us at a local Chinese reataurant (joined by Bridie & Nikki) and finally we returned to the Leaf Lodge for a few drinks before bed time. We continued the work on Sunday morning and I must say that the racking at the main storage facility has made a big difference. I am already looking forward to the next 'inventory' weekend. The biggest thank you of all has to go to Jack Romano who has ammassed what must be the largest collection of Gamma spares in the world. Thank you Jack, we would be lost without you.
