Hello again Denis. I don't know how familiar you are with a Gamma engine bay, but most power steering conversions mount the new pump where the air conditioning compressor would normally go. There's no room to add a power steering pump if you already have the air conditioning compressor which is why on 'your' car it was mounted behind the radiator and the cooling fan removed. To be honest it seems silly to me because the air conditioning will not work without the cooling fan so might as well have removed the air conditioning! A Kenlowe (or similar) fan mounted in front of the radiator will solve your problem. After-market kenlowe or similar fans are less than half the thickness of the standard Gamma fan assembly so you might find there's enough room for one of those behind the radiator anyway. The Gamma windscreens have a very slight overall tint with a heavier top tint band of about 10cm. I don't think it will be a problem to get 75% Luminous transmittance. There are no differences between the 2 litre cars and the 2.5 litre cars other than the engine size. All the Gammas destined for the UK had the 2.5 litre engine and all series 2 cars had fuel injection. I believe that in Italy they persevered with the carburettor on the 2 litre engine on the series 2 cars. A lot of people prefer the engine characteristics of the carburettored cars and some also claim that the 2 litre engine was the better of the two. I cannot comment on that as I only have experience of a 2.5 litre fuel injected engine.
