Hi Theo Thank you for the reply to my questions I didn't think it had a separate fan for the air cond which in this climate I would like to keep I realise that it wouldn't work without a fan and am very surprised that Gene the owner doesn't realise this he says it has been converted to run the new gas so it is also possible it has leaked out but nothing that a bit of money can't fix so I am told !! I will defintely look at fitting fans to the front of the radiator but do not want it to look like a bodgie job it will have to look right the weather is just right at the moment for air cond. hot and a bit humid. I have fitted an electric fan ( Renault Fuego ) to the front of my Flaminia as it doesn't get enough air when travelling slowly it is coupled to a Peugeot switch in the radiator and works quite well. I am still pursuing the purchase but Gene is not contactable for a couple of days and as I have said he is not well and I have to go carefully with my quest but i think I wiull enjoy it when it gets here Thank you for the links to the pictures and the airconditioning I have had a good look at them can you supply a picture of an engine bay with the airconditioning pump or were they a bit rare in the UK? Cheers for now and thank for your patient help Denis PS I have been going through all my club News Sheets and Viva Lancias looking for articles on Gamma and have now set up the computer to do a kind of index for them using File Maker Pro 7 which has a very good find capability when I get it all done.
