Dutch International Lancia Gamma Meeting 2007

The 6^th annual Lancia Gamma meeting will take place in Grou, Friesland, The Netherlands on 23 and 24 June, 2007.

The 2 day meeting will be hosted by Johan Alkema, a Gamma fanatic, owning 6 Gamma Coupe’s. Grou is located in Friesland in the north of the Netherlands. We will visit 2 Oldtimer workshops; http://www.montagna.nl which also features an art gallery and on day 2; http://www.squadrafratelli.nl.

For the Ladies Johan’s partner Alma offers a tour to Hindeloopen or Sneek for shopping and sightseeing in typical Dutch places. The second day will also feature a tour along the Friesland countryside with all the typical Dutch windmills, fishing villages, canals and more.

Day 1 (23 June)

10:00 am; Arrival at Grou, koffie, Alkema, De Muldyk 4, 9001 XV Grou, The Netherlands.

Talk and enjoy the panorama of Gammas

12:00 am; Lunch at Johan’s place.

13:30 pm; Visit Montagna d’oro classic Italian car workshop http://www.montagna.nl/ and art gallery.

15:30 pm; Visit of the permanent boat show Aquaverium (Walking distance from Johan’s place) http://www.aquaverium.nl/

17:00 pm; Barbecue in Johan’s Garden, catering by Vos Catering http://www.voscatering.nl/pages/pagina.aspx?id=1

20:00 pm; Happy hour at Johan’s place, a time for the true famous Gamma stories (Theo, take along the spark plug)

The ladies can/will have a separate agenda, shopping or sight seeing at request.

Day 2 (24 June)

10:00 am; arrival at Johan, koffie. De Muldyk 4, 9001 XV Grou, The Netherlands.

10:30 pm; Tour of the day, through the Friesland countryside.

11:30 pm; visit of Squadra Fratelli workshop http://www.squadrafratelli.nl/

 

12:30 pm; Lunch

14:00 pm; continuation of the tour

16:00 pm finish at Johan’s place, a drink and a snack.

Participation

Participation of the meeting is free and at own risk, Participation is possible with a Lancia Gamma Berlina, Lancia Gamma Coupe, with a Scala, Olgiata, Megagamma or a 3V!

It is the objective for the tour the have Lancia Gamma only. Each participant has to take care of their own hotel bookings. For participation send an e mail to gammadriversholland@hotmail.com

Costs

The cost for the Lunch and the Barbeque on day 1 will be €25 (Euro) and drinks are on the house (Johan probably will regret that.....). Participants will be asked to pay these costs in advance.

Lunch on day 2 is at own costs.
