For our 2024 AGM and Rally we are heading to West Sussex and our chosen base for the weekend is the Norfolk Arms Hotel

Now a 4-star hotel, this Georgian Coaching Inn was built over 200 years ago by the 10th Duke of Norfolk.
We have negotiated a special deal with the hotel for the extended weekend of Friday 13th and Saturday 14th September 2024:
£325 per double or twin courtyard room (some on the ground floor and some on the 1st floor, so please request your preference) to include 2 nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation, 3 course dinner on the Saturday night and a bottle of fizz in the room. (Please note the fizz is not to be brought into the restaurant or bars for drinking).
Any extra nights e.g. Thursday 12th September and/or Sunday 15th September, can be booked for £120 per room on a bed and breakfast basis.
All rooms have normal ceiling height and have bath with shower over.
The Norfolk Arms have just 2 single rooms available and they are
£285 for the 2 nights (details as above) and £100 bed and breakfast for any additional nights.
A deposit of £20 (non-refundable) would be required at the time of booking, with the balance of payment taken 5 days prior to arrival.
We have reserved a number of rooms but these are only held for us until the end of May, so please book early to avoid disappointment. This is a very busy tourist area with limited alternative hotel accommodation. Bookings should be made directly with the hotel (contact details below) and you must mention the booking reference

Car Parking at the Norfolk Arms: Parking is charged at £6.00 per night. Car parking is available from 1pm on the day of arrival. If you park before 1pm you will be charged 2 nights’ parking. The car park is in Mill Lane, keep the hotel on your left, it is the next turning left, past the India Gate restaurant and the barrier will automatically lift for access. Please remember to go to the Hotel reception and collect your car parking permit. On the day of departure please leave the car park by noon or you will be charged another £6.00
