Title: Re: coupe seat tilt Post by: inthedark on March 09, 2020, 10:22:57 pm The cable is the seat back
auto release it runs to a spring loaded pin in the A pillar Elegant solution for rear seat access. Title: Re: coupe seat tilt Post by: keri on March 16, 2020, 07:16:37 pm thanks for the reply do you know how it works is it something to do with the door being opened or closed?
thanks keri Title: Re: coupe seat tilt Post by: inthedark on March 16, 2020, 11:11:42 pm As you open the door the front seat on that side releases the seat back to enable access to the rear, the cable under the seat has a threaded collar to allow adjustment to the release point.
It has confused many MOT examiners " your seats broken mate " ... No it's supposed to do that. Title: Re: coupe seat tilt Post by: keri on March 17, 2020, 07:35:23 pm ok that makes sense now will reinstall it the weekend and put it to the test
